Cancellation Policy

  In the case that you need to cancel your booking with us at Charnwood Guest House, we will give you a full refund of your deposit that you'll have paid via BAC's if you give us at least two weeks notice before the date of your arrival.

  If the government forces us to close due to Covid-19 and are unable to accomodate you, we will give you a full refund at any time, even if this is less than the two weeks stated above.
